This is the Gigand/Dr. Fred Carter 1995 Mustang Blade with Steel AUS-8 high carbon stainless cryogenically tempered RC 57-58 blade type with tanto point that is non-reflective finish. Handle material is CNC machined billet 6061-T6 aluminum with Chrome Plated look. Weight comes in at 3.1 oz. It has a reversible thumb stud for ambidextrous one hand opening stainless steel belt / pocket clip liner lock. Dr. Carter has held many offices in the Knifemakers Guild including two terms
