This is the Gigand/Dr. Fred Carter 1995 Adventurer Blade with Steel AUS-8 high carbon stainless cryogenically tempered RC 57-58 blade type with plain edge drop point that is non-reflective finish. Handle material is CNC machined billet 6061-T6 aluminum. Weight comes in at 4.2 oz. It has a reversible thumb stud for ambidextrous one hand opening stainless steel belt / pocket clip liner lock. Dr. Carter has held many offices in the Knifemakers Guild including two terms
