This Boker Wine Knife <\/b>has a spear blade that is 2.56″ long with a closed length of 5.91“<\/b>, and weighs 2.40 oz. Blade is made from 4034 German Steel with 54-55 HRC<\/b>. Handle is made from Oak Wood and Nickel Silver<\/b>. <\/b>The slipjoint mechanism keeps all the different tools in place and pulls out nicely, with a nice snap back. It is new and only taken out to take the pictures, and inspect.<\/span><\/p>\n

This slim Wine Knife features a blade, a cap lifter and naturally a corkscrew in order to equip the owner for all eventualities. The scales pick up this thought and are made of the local oak wood<\/a><\/span> of old wine barrels. The blade is made of 4034<\/a><\/span> steel<\/a><\/span>, the classic blade steel<\/a><\/span> from Solingen, which combines corrosion resistance with edge retention<\/a><\/span> and is easy to sharpen.
