Good to get it graded as it’s at least a ‘9’ IMO with great corners (see microscope pictures under strong magnifications. The lighting and magnifications make the corners look golden). There may be white spots due to dust. Selling as ungraded as some buyers prefer it in this state to allow closer inspections, and to send to their preferred grading service.
