This is an original Montana Territory Knives of Bozeman, Montana
knife showing sandbar stag antler grips and Damascus blade. The
blade has been forged from 1095HC (High Carbon) steel and 15N20
Nickel Carbon, which is then heated and folded into 396 layers,
creating the astounding “Damascus” steel. The knife shows a
wonderful, random rain drop Damascus. The hollow grind, full tang
blade has been paired with a set of pre-embargo sandbar Stag
antler, premium grip scales, which are secured to the piece with two
mosaic pins and lanyard loop. The knife also features a set of
polished brass bolsters with a comfortable finger well and bone
spacers, with one side showing a scrimshaw of elk antlers. The tang
and knife spine have been artfully hand vine filled.
